Important Weather Advice & Care:
We formulate for safety and stability (without extra chemicals). During very hot or cold weather, we may hold an order for a day or so before shipping. This is because we do not use chemical stabilizers and most shippers do not have climate control. Our emulsions are quite tolerant, however they should not be left for extended periods in extreme weather (cars, mailboxes etc.) or (our soap in) high humidity and UV light. Our Creams, Lotions and other emulsions do NOT require refrigeration but may melt or freeze in extreme weather.
Our soaps should NOT be stored in plastic as they prefer to breathe and continue to dry. When purchased in large quantity, they may air dry a bit longer (if very fresh) and then may be stored in paper, in your freezer. They are made with primarily food based oils and do not contain preservatives, artificial colors, stabilizers or commercial ingredients. Freezing is not necessary in dry climates. High humidity may affect the soap due to high amounts of glycerin, which is a byproduct of natural soap making. Glycerin attracts moisture from the air. This is most important on the East coast, where our humidity, seasonal rain and temps can be a challenge.

You may experience a transit delay of up to a week or more as the increasing volume of packages make their way through the carrier's system.***

Shipping for orders less than $ 100.00 is actual based on weight via USPS Ground (or USPS Flat Rate).

Orders ship within 1 - 2 business days. Gift and customized emulsion orders may take up to 2-3 days to ship. Please allow up to 7+ business days in transit.
We will send your order or your gifts anywhere in the US with a care card via USPS Ground with tracking. Rates are compared among carriers for larger orders. Some remote locations may experience longer transit times.
