***Please bear with our shipping carriers! During the holidays especially, shipping delays due to market volume and weather are possible.  We ship within 1-2 business days. You may experience a transit delay of up to a week or more as the increasing volume of packages make their way through the carrier's system.***

We will ask for your shipping address, telephone and method of payment.  We will confirm availability of your choices and send an electronic invoice.

The most challenging part of mail order service for a small business is shipping and associated costs.  

In our modern economy, many large online retailers are able to offer free shipping made possible only by very large volume. We use the most efficient methods and box sizes.

Shipping is free for orders of $ 100.00 or more to continental US. 

Shipping is $ 8.00 flat rate via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority for any order within NY State (under $ 100.00).

Shipping for orders less than $ 100.00 to other US regions is actual via USPS Ground Advantage (or USPS Flat Rate).

Our orders are processed using Square.  We will send a detailed Square invoice with a secure link for payment. You may use the link, or call with your info, or advise us that you are sending a check/MO.

Orders ship within 1 - 2 business days.  Gift and customized emulsion orders may take up to 2-3 days to ship. Please allow up to 7+ business days in transit.

We will send your order or your gifts anywhere in the US with a care card via USPS Priority Mail with tracking, usually within 1-2 business days.
Rates are compared among carriers for larger orders.  Some remote locations may experience longer transit times.

All major credit cards, Check or MO. We no longer accept Paypal.
 

Weather & shipping advice:  

*** Orders placed during very cold (or hot) periods may be held by us briefly (a day or two) if temps are under 0 degrees or over 85 degrees. This is because we do not use chemical stabilizers or UV inhibitors and most major shippers do not have climate control.*** 

Tracking info will accompany all orders, so please check to ensure that your emulsions are not exposed to long periods of extreme temperatures.

We formulate for safety and stability (without extra chemicals). Our offerings do NOT require refrigeration.
